Crown Park Hotel installs and operates video information processing devices (CCTV) for the following purposes, in accordance with Article 25, Paragraph 1 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

Crown Park Hotel operates and manages its visual information processing equipment directly through internal personnel without outsourcing to external parties.

Processing Method: Matters regarding requests for out-of-purpose use, provision to third parties, destruction, and inspection of personal visual information are recorded and managed. Upon expiration of the retention period, the information is permanently deleted in a manner that prevents restoration (in the case of hard copies, shredded or incinerated).
Article 6. Matters Regarding the Method and Location of Checking Personal Visual Information
- Method of Checking: You can check the information by contacting the authorized personnel for visual information access in advance and visiting the hotel.
- Location of Checking: Departments authorized for CCTV access (e.g., Security Control Room).
Article 7. Measures Regarding Requests for Inspection of Personal Visual Information, etc.
If you wish to inspect, confirm the existence of, or delete your personal visual information, you may request it from the operator of the visual information processing equipment at any time. However, such requests are limited to personal visual information in which you are captured, or information clearly necessary for the urgent interests of the data subject's life, physical safety, or property. Crown Park Hotel will take the necessary measures without delay upon receiving a request for inspection, confirmation of existence, or deletion of personal visual information.
Article 8. Measures to Ensure the Security of Visual Information
The visual information processed by Crown Park Hotel is managed securely through encryption and other protective measures. As an administrative measure for the protection of personal visual information, Crown Park Hotel grants differentiated access levels to personal data. To prevent the forgery or alteration of personal visual information, the hotel records and manages the creation date and time, the purpose of access, the person accessing it, and the date and time of access. Additionally, physical locking devices are installed to ensure the secure physical storage of personal visual information.
Article 9. Matters Regarding Changes to the Privacy Policy
This Operation and Management Policy for Visual Information Processing Equipment was established on October 15, 2015. In the event of any additions, deletions, or modifications to the content due to changes in laws, policies, or security technologies, Crown Park Hotel will notify the reasons and details of the changes through its website at least seven days prior to their implementation.
